proven Used Car Manager
who knows how to
buy cars, price them right, move inventory fast, and produce gross . If you thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment and know how to run a used car department like a business, this is your opportunity. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Full control and accountability of the
Used Vehicle Department
Aggressive inventory acquisition
through trades, auctions, and direct purchase
Market-based pricing strategies
to maximize turn and profit
Managing reconditioning costs and speed to frontline-ready
Daily appraisal leadership
and deal structuring
Driving volume
without sacrificing gross
Coaching and holding sales staff accountable to performance standards
Monitoring aging, turn rate, and ROI — and
taking action immediately
Partnering with Sales & F&I leadership to close deals and improve penetration
Maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction and online reputation
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
3–5+ years of proven Used Car or Sales Management experience
Strong understanding of
inventory tools, pricing software, and market analytics
Demonstrated success in
high-volume environments
Confident decision-maker who doesn’t hesitate on inventory or pricing
Strong desk skills, leadership presence, and communication ability
Results-driven mindset — excuses don’t live here
