What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist in monitoring and enforcing privacy policies in accordance with regulations such as GLBA and CCPA/CPRA
Support privacy incident intake, investigation, documentation, and escalation processes
Review, categorize, and track consumer complaints received through various channels
Conduct compliance reviews of marketing materials to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve compliance issues and ensure consistent application of standards
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 3 years of related experience in mortgage lending or banking
General knowledge of key regulations such as GLBA, CCPA/CPRA, and UDAAP
Experience with consumer lending, mortgage, or financial services compliance programs
Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field
Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with marketing review processes and complaint management systems
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a customer service orientation
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
