We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to assist the Front Office Manager in leading a team and providing great service and memorable experience to our guests.

Responsibilities
Assist the Front Office Manager with maintaining standards of guest service quality, and keep staff informed of new policies and procedures.
Accommodate all guest requests in an accurate and efficient manner.
Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist guests and resolve guest challenges to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Accurately conduct all cash handling and credit card processing activities.
Accurately audit, balance and report on all cash and credit transactions, including checks, deposits, house charges, promotional materials, postings, etc. in the hotel in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Perform any other job‑related duties as assigned.
Desirable Qualifications
Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor or similar role.
Experience with hotel reservation systems like Galaxy Lightspeed or Opera.
Customer service experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
