Job Description
The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant Managers drive sales results, oversee daily store operations, lead creative initiatives such as floorset updates and styling, and serve as talent leaders responsible for recruiting, training, engagement, and development.
