Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Leveraging their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge, assistant managers are also talent leaders, handling recruiting, training, engagement, and development.
