Job Description We are searching for an energetic operational support professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats to manage our busy branch office. If you are reliable, well‑organized, and can handle day‑to‑day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management, we want to talk to you.
Your Responsibilities
Manage records and information.
Perform accounting and/or financial analysis.
Monitor credit and collections activities.
Manage daily conversion of quotes to work orders.
Review and approve vendor invoices.
Provide HR administrative assistance to management teams.
Encourage and improve cross‑department internal communication.
Perform general office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.).
Complete any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
Your Qualifications
Minimum of 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
Previous experience in administrative services or related fields.
Detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks.
Strong leadership qualities.
Bi‑lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Physical Requirements This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. It also requires good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties.

The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
