About Owl’s Brew Owl’s Brew is a fast‑growing, female‑founded Bev/Alc company shaking up the FMB and RTD spirits space with award‑winning Boozy Teas and craft cocktails. We use real ingredients – fresh‑brewed tea and botanicals – and build a community around transparency, wellness, and fun.
The Opportunity As the Market Manager, you’ll drive sales, distribution, and visibility across southern FL markets. You’ll be the day‑to‑day face of Owl’s Brew for distributor partners and key retail/on‑premise accounts, spending most of your time in‑market executing the sales plan, growing key accounts, running activations, and building distributor engagement.
What You’ll Do
Distributor Management
Act as point of contact for distributor teams, setting clear goals and ensuring consistent follow‑through.
Drive authorizations, secure displays, close chain voids, and deliver +1 mentality results (Cases + PODs).
Host GSMs, ABP reviews, blitz weeks, and incentive programs to keep distributor reps motivated.
Analyze VIP, Karma, and Nielsen data to identify opportunities and create proactive plans.
Key Account Development
Own and grow a targeted key account list across chains, independents, and on‑premise accounts.
Pitch new programs, negotiate placements, and deliver flawless execution on pricing, features, and displays.
Partner with marketing to run consumer events, demos, and brand activations.
Market Growth & Visibility
Identify business development opportunities across traditional and non‑traditional accounts.
Monitor pricing, competitor activity, and category trends.
Provide monthly reporting on sales performance, execution, and ROI against programming.
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of Bev/Alc sales experience (supplier or distributor) with proven success in growing markets.
Strong existing relationships with distributor teams and retail/on‑premise buyers.
Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, solutions‑oriented, effective in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communicator with presentation skills for distributor and key account meetings.
Organized, strong time management and data analysis skills.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, VIP, and Karma (a plus).
Willing to work non‑traditional hours, travel as needed, and lift 50 lbs.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
