Responsibilities
Inspect, troubleshoot, install and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and control equipment.
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machine electrical systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand the layout of electrical systems.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete projects and improve operational efficiency.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuit diagrams, and electrical codes standards and safety regulations.
Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to lift 50 lbs, work on feet for long periods, read shop orders, and work with minimal supervision.
Experience working a first shift (5 a.m. – 2 p.m.) Monday – Friday, with overtime and weekend work during peak production (summer months).
Advanced technical education preferred.
Successful completion of a drug screen is required for all employees.
