Global Mobility Analyst
Numerator is looking for a Global Mobility Analyst to support the administration and delivery of global mobility programs. The role ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations, provides analytical insights, and delivers a high-quality experience for employees.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end management of employee immigration needs.
Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and assistance throughout the immigration process.
Help manage a portfolio of immigration matters to facilitate timely and accurate submissions of government petitions and applications.
Liaise with external vendors to ensure smooth transitions and timely case updates.
Ensure adherence to global mobility policies, employment laws, and immigration requirements.
Assist in monitoring compliance with global immigration regulations and stay abreast of changes in laws that affect immigration sponsorship.
Prepare mobility reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting trends, costs, and compliance metrics.
Maintain accurate documentation and data.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance to ensure accurate processing and coordination.
Contribute to training materials and knowledge sharing across HR and business teams.
Support the development and implementation of global mobility process enhancements and policy updates.
Communicate with internal clients regarding business immigration laws.
Qualifications
Field of study in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience specifically in global mobility, and international assignments administration.
Familiarity with global immigration concepts.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work across time zones and cultures.
Experience with vendors such as immigration counsel or relocation management companies.
