As a Service Coordinator, your impact is two‑fold:
For the customer, your goal is to coordinate service within the technician team and respond to customer requests to provide excellent response and service to our customers.
For the team, your goal is to communicate needs and information, collaborate with other team members and departments, and coordinate activities to ensure an excellent service experience.
