Purchasing Administrator – John Henry Foster We are a 100% employee‑owned company seeking a Purchasing Administrator to coordinate product ordering, maintain stock levels, and manage supplier relationships to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the ordering of products to fulfill customer orders and maintain optimal stock levels.

Communicate with suppliers, place purchase orders with vendors, and reconcile vendor invoices.

Process purchase order acknowledgments, change orders, and direct ship purchase orders and invoices.

Work closely with the purchasing function to support organizational goals.
