Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for inventory management and optimization.
Oversee procurement processes, supplier selection, and relationship management.
Collaborate with production planning to ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing.
Manage warehousing, logistics, and material handling operations.
Analyze material usage, forecast demand, and mitigate supply chain risks.
Drive initiatives for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in material flow.
Lead, mentor, and develop the materials management team.
Recommended Qualifications
5-7+ years of progressive experience in materials management or supply chain within a manufacturing environment, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning systems for inventory and production control.
In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles, forecasting, S&OP, and logistics.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage teams and external suppliers.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize material flow and resolve supply chain disruptions.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Proven experience with global sourcing and international logistics.
