Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers Match freight with capacity to ensure on‑time, cost‑effective delivery Negotiate rates and manage contracts Coordinate shipments through dedicated operations and dispatch teams Represent a brand trusted nationwide for safety and service excellence What We're Looking For
5-7+ years of freight brokerage or logistics experience A transferable book of business with no non‑compete Proven sales and relationship‑building success Strong communication and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial mindset and self‑motivation Ability to manage both carrier and customer relationships Proven results – bring your numbers!
