Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers
Match freight with capacity to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery
Negotiate rates and manage contracts
Coordinate shipments through dedicated operations and dispatch teams
Represent a brand trusted nationwide for safety and service excellence
What We're Looking For
5-7+ years of freight brokerage or logistics experience
A transferable book of business with no non-compete
Proven sales and relationship-building success
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation
Ability to manage both carrier and customer relationships
Proven results - bring your numbers!
