Construction Quality Specialist

Daily Responsibilities
Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards are met
Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation of plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Conduct preventive maintenance checks and general repairs as needed
Perform inspections to verify compliance with specifications and regulations
Collaborate with engineering team to provide input on quality control measures
Required Skills
Strong background in construction management
Proficiency in AutoCAD for project design and estimation
Experience with electrical systems and distribution
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
Ability to conduct thorough quality control inspections
Nice To Have Skills
Experience with drug testing and background checks
Certification in preventive maintenance and long-term disability
Previous work in engineering or reimbursement processes
