Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They are talent leaders, driving recruiting, training, engagement, and development, and are expected to show up, bringing their best selves every day. With a promote‑from‑within philosophy, our Assistant Managers will build upon their initial foundation and have the opportunity to grow into future leaders of our store’s organization.
What You’ll Do
Customer Experience : Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests.
Drives Sales : Meet and exceed sales and profitability goals.
OMNI Channel Fulfillment : Ensure seamless integration across physical and digital channels.
Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision : Maintain visual merchandising standards.
Store & Stockroom Operations : Oversee inventory management and stockroom processes.
Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management : Manage staff schedules and payroll responsibilities.
Training and Development : Coach and develop team members.
Communication : Facilitate clear and timely communication across the store.
Asset Protection : Safeguard store assets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and challenging environment.
Team‑building skills.
Self‑starter attitude.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
