Compensation:
Base pay $22.50 hourly + uncapped bonus opportunities
Average Canvass Supervisors earn an additional $1,500 - $3,000 monthly in bonus
Top performers exceed $4,000 monthly in bonus
Job Responsibilities
Dynamic Leadership: Motivate a team of canvassers and inspire them to exceed goals.
Recruitment: Conduct phone screenings and interviews to bring top talent to the team.
Mentorship: Provide ongoing mentorship and actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Build Rapport: Establish positive relationships with homeowners to foster trust and offer solutions.
Deliver Compelling Pitches: Confidently communicate the benefits and features of DaBella products.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals/quotas.
Hit the Pavement: Walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods.
Field Navigation: Safely operate a company-provided van; a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are essential.
