Overview As Client Strategy Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, design and execute account plans, and deliver revenue growth through collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Your leadership style will inspire a high‑performing team, manage performance, and drive client success through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive internal account management for priority accounts
Lead and manage client accounts with strategic planning and partner collaboration
Mentor and develop junior staff to enhance their skills and performance
Oversee project success and uphold rigorous standards of quality and compliance
Inspire and motivate teams to deliver quality work and exceed client expectations
Leverage team strengths and technology to improve delivery and innovation
Identify opportunities that contribute to the firm’s success and future growth
Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
4+ years of experience in client strategy, sales, account management or related fields
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication, coaching, and team leadership abilities
Experience managing client needs and account planning in a service‑oriented environment
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver complex solutions under strict timelines
Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and integrity in client interactions
Preferred Skills and Experience
Driving internal account management activities and managing action items to progress pipeline opportunities
Managing competitive pursuit processes and writing proposals
Driving relationship‑building activities for assigned accounts
Preparing account teams for client interactions and presentations
Organizing account planning calls and strategy sessions
Utilizing CRM system to manage and analyze sales activities
Analyzing account financials for pipeline and revenue forecasting
