What We’re Offering

Remote role supporting cases in several Massachusetts areas. Candidates must reside in New Hampshire or Vermont. Travel to the MA regions at least once per quarter for in‑person supervision.

Base Salary: $78,000 – $87,000 based on experience, skills, and geography.

Monthly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in the first three years).

Onboarding: 60+ hours of comprehensive training in the first 3–4 weeks, plus weekly office hours or 1:1 support as needed.

Education & Mentorship: Monthly CEUs, annual in‑house conference, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives.

Benefits Highlights: 23 days off annually (including 1 floating holiday and 15 days of PTO accruing from Day 1).

Flexible Schedule: Work from home with Monday‑Friday flexibility, evenings until 8 pm when needed. No expectation of Saturday work unless you choose to schedule make‑up sessions.

Full at‑will employment with no contracts or non‑compete agreements.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and provide pillar of support for Behavior Technicians, ensuring plan fidelity.

Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs, continuously evaluating client needs and providing parent education.

Maintain professionalism in challenging situations, adapt to change, and seek growth opportunities.

Proactively communicate, take initiative, and create a safe collaborative environment.

What We’re Looking For

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certified by the BACB.

Active LBA Certification in Massachusetts (Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions).

Background check, TB test, pre‑employment physical, and required immunizations (MMR/VZV) paid by the employer.
