Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – WFH Days & Flex Scheduling!

What We’re Offering
Base Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 (based on experience, skills, and geography)
Monthly bonus (potential $35,000+ in first three years)
Hybrid role: in‑home, school, center supervision plus telehealth, with up to 50% remote flexibility for in‑home cases
Onboarding: 60+ hours of comprehensive training (clinical best practices, Central Reach, goal writing, telehealth, CPT codes, etc.) + weekly office hours / 1:1 support
Education & mentorship: monthly CEUs, annual in‑house conference, research initiative opportunities
Benefits: 23 days of holidays (incl. 1 floating holiday), 15 days PTO accruing from Day 1, health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid short‑term disability
Flexible schedule: home work with Mon‑Fri flexibility; evenings up to 8:30 pm, limited Saturday work optional
No contract or non‑compete; at‑will employment

What You’ll Be Doing
Supervise and support Behavior Technicians, ensuring high reliability and fidelity of treatment plans.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs.
Provide parent education and problem‑solving to help clients reach potential.
Maneuver challenging situations calmly, adapt to change, and seek growth opportunities.
Communicate proactively, take initiative, and foster a collaborative learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (BACB).
Active LBA certification in Massachusetts (Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions).
Background check, TB test, pre‑employment physical (paid by employer).
