$60,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr
Additional compensation:

Location Fully on‑site at headquarters in downtown Houston.
Overview We’re looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our headquarters team in downtown Houston. This is a fully on‑site role designed for someone who knows how to manage customers, orders, and internal coordination without hand‑holding. If you’ve worked in a manufacturing or service center environment and enjoy being the person customers trust – and operations relies on – this role has your name on it.
Responsibilities
Own day‑to‑day customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact
Process and manage customer orders from entry through delivery
Partner closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy, scheduling, and on‑time delivery
Maintain customer pricing, part specifications, and order details in internal systems
Support inventory coordination and outside processing activities
Handle quality issues and customer concerns with confidence and good judgment
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Customer Support Specialist, Customer Service Rep, or Order Management professional
Background in manufacturing, metals, or service center environments strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
Clear, professional communication skills with both customers and internal teams
Comfortable working fully on‑site at headquarters – this is a hands‑on, in‑person role
Job Details Reports to the Customer Support Manager and plays a key role in keeping customers satisfied and operations running smoothly.
