What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Research and analyze applicable laws and regulations; develop and implement necessary policies and procedures for compliance
Implement systems to ensure compliance with the receipt, storage, and distribution of controlled substances and regulated products
Conduct periodic audits on facilities and customer site visits to assess compliance and risk levels
Provide support during government inspections and formulate appropriate responses
Develop training programs for staff consistent with regulatory compliance policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of related professional experience
Basic understanding of regulations applicable to healthcare operations
General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
Basic planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Basic verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
