Description
As a Media Strategist, you will help steward our online content through tracking and analyzing data, providing insights and performance reports, and making recommendations to assist in the strategic direction of our YouTube, social media, email, and other digital media areas.
Reports to: Mercy Culture Media Marketing Director
Responsibilities:
Review and analyze YouTube, social media content, email open and conversion rates, and advertising effectiveness tracking
Analyze user behavior while sharing your findings with the team to develop the best strategies for promoting our media content
Research and pitch strategies to effectively gather and display data for the different departments we support through marketing
Develop KPI dashboards outlining cross-channel insights and forecasting trends across our social platforms
Collaborate with Mercy Culture campuses and Housed Visions to provide data driven decisions on all media outlets.
Provide monthly reports and insights into the performance of content and channels
Requirements
Experience with data analytics and logistics or equivalent
Experience on working with both paid and organic marketing
Experience with all media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.
Experience with Microsoft, Monday, Notion, Mailchimp, and Google Suites (Excel, Google Drives, etc)
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics
Detail-oriented, and organized with strong verbal and written communication skill
3 to 5 years of related work experience
Membership Requirements To work at Mercy Culture, you must be a member or be willing to become a member upon hire.
Leadership Standards Mercy Culture Church Leaders & Staff must be in agreement with and abiding by the Leadership Standards of Mercy Culture Church.
Hours This position is full-time salary exempt; 40 hrs a week. Standard work week: Monday – Friday. This position may require flexibility with adjusting work schedule due to events and conferences.
