Description

Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.

Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

Assist in managing special projects and ensuring deadlines are met.

Provide support with expense reports and budget tracking.

Maintain and update records, files, and databases accurately.

Profile

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience providing executive‑level administrative support.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
