Ideal for a proactive Executive Assistant with 5+ years in financial services and flexibility to work in-office Monday-Thursday.
Our client is a boutique billion dollar private equity firm known for its entrepreneurial investment approach and close collaboration with high-profile investors. The firm operates in a fast-paced, small-office environment that values agility, discretion and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Serve as the CEO's strategic partner by managing calendars, prioritizing tasks, and acting as the primary gatekeeper for communications.
Coordinate complex travel arrangements and logistics while ensuring execution of business and occasional personal tasks.
Organize and maintain CRM systems, contact databases, and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Liaise with investors and clients, supporting relationship management and planning key events for the firm.
Handle ad-hoc projects and problem-solving initiatives in a fast-paced, small-office environment requiring discretion and adaptability.
Qualifications
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership—someone who anticipates needs and takes initiative without waiting for direction.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, small-office environment.
Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to interface confidently with investors, clients, and senior executives.
Tech-savvy problem solver, comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and adapting quickly to new systems.
Experienced and adaptable, bringing at least 5 years of executive support experience in financial services.
