Mentor, coach and train staff to be customer‑focused and profitable.
Build strong teamwork with district and regional leaders.
Execute corporate directives and deliver daily results.
Take ownership of business operations and take initiative.

Act as a hands‑on leader who drives daily results.
Collaborate with district and region to meet corporate goals.
Maintain store presentation, inventory, and cash procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications

Strong organizational and planning skills.
Big‑box store management experience.
Willing to relocate.
Ability to deliver results, execute directives, and be a team player.
