About Us Our facility will feature modern dairy-processing technology designed to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production. From milk receiving to packaging, we are committed to producing exceptional dairy products while maintaining the highest standards in food safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Potential Opportunities May Include
Production & Processing: HTST, cheese production, palletizer and packaging lines
Quality & Food Safety: Lab technicians, QA/QC roles, sanitation technicians, environmental monitoring
Maintenance & Utilities: Mechanics, electricians, ammonia refrigeration technicians, boiler operators
Milk Receiving & Logistics: Receiving operators, CIP specialists, warehouse operators, forklift drivers
Administrative & Support Roles: scheduling, inventory control, procurement, office administration
Leadership Roles: Supervisors, leads, shift managers, production managers
What We're Looking For
Experience in dairy or food manufacturing is highly preferred
Understanding of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety expectations
Strong focus on cleanliness, accuracy, and safety
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented production environment
Willingness to support facility start‑up activities and evolving operational needs
