Your team:
You will be part of the Investment Bank (IB) Client Engagement team, where you will build relationships across internal credit, legal, compliance and operations teams to support multiple lines of business.
Responsibilities
Be a project manager to onboard and integrate clients to UBS.
Understand the account opening lifecycle and requirements needed to open a client account.
Manage competing priorities and internal and external stakeholders.
Develop a deep understanding of UBS Investment Bank products and services.
Familiarize with various legal entity types, and articulate ownership chains and organizational structures of varying complexity.
Identify and manage factors that impact client risk rating and due diligence requirements.
Recommend, develop and implement solutions to support continuous improvement of processes, procedures and services.
Escalate issues appropriately to management, compliance and business units.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with care.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Qualifications
Ideally a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
Ideally 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services, compliance or law.
Ability to analyze client information and documentation to facilitate account opening.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of investment bank products and industry trends.
