Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience each visit. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.

Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
Must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
Additional Information This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the sole employer responsible for hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
