Business Insurance Senior Client Manager
Well established and highly funded insurance company seeking an experienced Senior Client Manager in Business Insurance to join our growing team.
Base Pay Range $95,000 – $115,000 per year
As a Senior Client Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role at a rapidly growing, well‑funded insurance company that’s redefining how commercial clients are served. You’ll own and elevate relationships with a sophisticated portfolio of business insurance clients, delivering white‑glove service while shaping strategic, forward‑thinking coverage solutions. Working alongside top‑tier Account Executives, Producers, and carrier partners, you’ll manage complex accounts, strengthen long‑term client loyalty, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance protection and manage risk.
In this highly visible role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor leveraging deep technical expertise and industry insight to help clients thrive while contributing directly to the company’s continued growth and innovation.

Job Details
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
7+ years of experience in an insurance agency or brokerage environment, with a strong focus on servicing middle‑market commercial clients.
5+ years of demonstrated expertise in Property & Casualty insurance products and coverages.
Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
Deep understanding of how insurance products are structured, utilized, and administered, along with extensive knowledge of carrier markets and marketing strategies.
Proficiency with agency management systems, including Sagitta and ImageRight.
