Position RN Supervisor – Health Services Administrator with RN background. Full time, immediate hire, day shift (8 hours), Monday to Friday, in Southern GA.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee RN and LPN staff, including backup for Director of Nursing
Manage financial, clinical, and administrative human resources systems
Provide leadership and decision making in ER, PC, acute care settings
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or ADN required
Previous leadership experience required
Strong interpersonal, analytical and decision‑making skills
Experience in ER, PC or Acute Care preferred
Knowledge of HSA and leadership principles
Day shift availability, 8‑hour shift, Monday‑Friday
