CFin Transformation Lead Carrier, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is seeking an experienced accounting and consolidation expert with SAP implementation experience to lead the implementation of SAP/S4 HANA CFin across the organization.

About This Role The Central Finance (CFin) team is leading a transformational project that standardizes managerial and financial reporting, provides real‑time insight into business trends, and drives scale and efficiency in transaction processing. This project has three phases: data foundation, shared services enablement, and consolidation/intercompany. The current data foundation phase focuses on aligning the common chart of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, and business partners from legacy ERPs to CFin.

Key Responsibilities

Implement a common information model and simplify the reporting environment.

Report to the CFin Leader on transformation progress, potential barriers, and impact assessments.

Deploy scope and requirements across the program, validate adoption, identify harmonization gaps, and remediate corrective actions.

Engage end users and ensure sustainability considerations in all conversations.

Collaborate with the Change Management Lead on communications and training.

Perform reconciliations, process audits, enhance controls, and drive change where necessary.

Drive adoption of the CFin tool for the future state.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.

5 years of SAP implementation experience.

8 years of applicable finance/accounting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience on ERP implementations at a global corporation.

Exposure to FP&A reporting and consolidation.

Experience developing or executing SOX controls.

Indirect tax knowledge.

Knowledge of statutory reporting outside the US.

Strategic thinking and analytical problem solving.

Change management and organizational influence skills.

Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Annual salary: $174,250 – $243,750, plus short‑term cash incentives based on plan requirements.
