We’re hiring a Business Manager who will serve as a vital part of the Operations Department, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. This role is central to keeping the organization aligned, efficient, and functioning with the discipline expected of a high‑performing RIA. This is not an assistant role—it’s a mature operational position that supports the internal engine of the firm and ensures our teams have what they need to perform at a high level.

What You’ll Own HR Operations & People Support
Employee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle documentation
Coordination of reviews, performance processes, and leadership feedback loops
Benefits administration support and employee recordkeeping
Maintaining compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies
Culture, Communication & Team Engagement
Planning internal events, trainings, recognition moments, and team gatherings
Supporting firmwide communication rhythms and cross‑department alignment
Reinforcing a culture of professionalism, respect, and excellence
Facilities & Office Operations
Vendor management, office supply and technology coordination
Oversight of office environment, equipment, maintenance, and logistics
Ensuring smooth daily operations that keep the firm functioning cleanly
Business & Administrative Management
Tracking business licenses, renewals, registered entity filings, and deadlines
Supporting compliance and audit readiness through organized documentation
Managing internal schedules, leadership coordination, and executive priorities
Partnering directly with senior leadership on strategic operational initiatives
What You Bring
7+ years of HR, operations, or administrative leadership experience
Experience inside an RIA or financial services firm (required or strongly preferred)
High emotional intelligence and impeccable professionalism
Strong organizational systems, attention to detail, and deadline discipline
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
Confidence to partner with senior leadership and influence internal operations
Clear communication—written, verbal, and interpersonal
On‑site availability in Las Vegas (non‑negotiable)
