Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Are you an energetic, highly organized professional who loves making an office run smoothly? Join an innovative, dynamic company in New York City as our next Office Manager. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for everything that keeps the office running efficiently and the team engaged.

What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, creating a welcoming office experience.

Own day-to-day office operations, from supplies and budgeting to lunch coordination and vendor management.

Support health, safety, and emergency preparedness in the office.

Partner with IT to help with onboarding, offboarding, and basic AV needs.

Plan and execute office events and engagement initiatives throughout the year.

Manage on-site facilities staff and coordinate with external vendors and building management.

Support People Operations with onboarding logistics, employee experience programs, and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in office management or administrative roles supporting mid-to-large teams.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-office environment with flexible hours when needed.

Self‑motivated, proactive, and highly organized with great attention to detail and deadline‑oriented.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with all levels of staff and external partners.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

Experience in startups or high‑growth companies.

Professional working proficiency in Spanish.

Experience managing office relocations.

Familiarity with building management and NYC vendors.
