What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Establish and communicate a compelling product vision for the Client Portal aligned with the employer's mission and strategic goals
Develop and manage a product roadmap prioritizing features based on client needs, market trends, and business objectives
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to gather insights and deliver high‑quality features
Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with business goals
Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to inform strategic decision‑making and product development
What is Required (Qualifications):
8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is essential
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as ADO, JIRA, or Trello
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
