About Your New Role Command|Link is seeking a Vendor Program Manager to support and strengthen our relationships with international wholesale telecom ISPs and access providers. This role plays a critical part in our global operations, international pricing strategy, and telecom vendor ecosystem. You will work directly with US‑based stakeholders, own key vendor programs, and manage strategic relationships across multiple countries. If you have strong experience in carrier relations, ISP management, telecom procurement, global network services, and connectivity, this role offers outstanding career growth and international exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Drive vendor program operations by owning key processes, ensuring accuracy, and supporting cross‑functional coordination.
Maintain vendor data and pricing including rate cards, lit building details, and global connectivity service information within internal systems.
Support commercial contracting by assisting with MSA and vendor agreement reviews and contributing to negotiations for favourable terms.
Manage international quoting workflows to deliver timely, accurate global connectivity pricing and evaluate potential new access providers.
Serve as a primary escalation point for vendor‑related issues, coordinating resolution with service delivery and maintaining strong ISP/carrier relationships.
Develop and maintain KPIs and scorecards to analyse vendor performance, cost efficiency, SLA compliance, and process improvement opportunities.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, finance, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on vendor capabilities, pricing, and programme initiatives.
What You'll Need For Success
3–5+ years of experience in telecom vendor management, procurement, or carrier relations (ISP/carrier background required).
Experience with negotiation, commercial contracting, and telecom procurement involving international ISPs.
Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards) with the ability to analyse data, conduct pricing analysis, and maintain high‑accuracy vendor records.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to work effectively across technical, commercial, and leadership teams.
Experience managing vendor data, pricing systems, and/or quoting tools with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
Self‑motivated, highly organised, and exceptionally detail‑oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment.
Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate high‑level goals into actionable programme initiatives.
