ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for an experienced
Program Manager – M&A Integration
in Madrid to join a leading global technology company in the travel industry.
Main responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for
planning, driving and executing the post-merger integration of acquired companies , ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards and synergy targets.
Lead end-to-end
M&A integration programs
across corporate and business functions (IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Product, Operations).
Define and execute
integration strategies , operating models and Day 1 to Day 100 plans.
Establish and run
integration governance
(Steering Committees, KPIs, RAID, reporting).
Act as a
trusted advisor to senior stakeholders , ensuring clear decision-making and execution.
Manage budgets, risks, dependencies and timelines across multiple workstreams.
Drive
change management, communication and cultural integration
in multinational environments.
Who are you?
Proven experience leading
M&A / Post-Merger Integration programs
in complex, international environments.
Strong background in
Program Management / Integration PMO , managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
Ability to work across
corporate functions
(HR, Finance, Legal, IT) and
business teams
(Product, Commercial, Operations).
Solid
change management and communication skills , with experience in cultural integration.
Fluent English
is mandatory; experience in multinational and multicultural organizations is essential.
