Description
The Quality Control Manager role within Real Estate Operations has the responsibility of inspecting retail and back-office facilities within an assigned region. This position is responsible for making sure that cleaning, maintenance, and landscaping at designated sites complies with Citizens' quality standards. The Quality Control Manager will also provide guidance and support to janitorial technicians as needed and when requested by the Facility Management team.
In this role you will create your own inspection schedule within an assigned territory.

Primary Responsibilities
Traveling to branches and back-office locations to inspect the cleaning, maintenance and landscaping
Evaluate the work that outside vendors are performing in branches and buildings
Coach Facility Managers and Janitorial Technicians as needed in the correct processes
Develop and maintain weekly schedules for site inspections
Collaborate with other teams and business lines
Coordinate with Facility Managers, cleaners and vendors to resolve deficiencies identified during inspections.
Create, respond to, and close out work orders upon completion using the Computerized Maintenance Management System via iPad, iPhone or Laptop
Maintain records and other documents using Excel and other MS Office applications
Required Skills/Experience
At least 1 year working with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) such as FAMIS360
Preferred background in janitorial, maintenance or facilities management
Knowledge of janitorial procedures
Critical thinking and problem‑solving ability
Proven customer service experience and/or abilities
Competent use of MS Office applications
Ability to travel as required
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to plan and prioritize workload
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
High School Degree or Equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Hours & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday (Some overnight travel required)
Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $83,842 - $110,240.90 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
