A leading AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking a
mid-level Corporate Associate
with at least
two years of corporate or transactional experience . The ideal candidate will advise companies, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and other investment vehicles on
formation, operation, compliance, and strategic growth .
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on mergers & acquisitions, equity financings, and general corporate matters
Draft, review, and negotiate transactional and fund-related documents
Collaborate with partners and other team members across offices
Provide strategic guidance to clients on corporate governance, fund structures, and operational matters
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
2+ years of corporate/transactional experience, ideally with M&A, private funds, or general corporate work
Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
Excellent academic credentials
