Full Time Studio Lead, with growth track to Assistant Studio Manager
The Studio Lead works closely with the Studio General Manager to set the tone and model Perspire’s mission, vision, and values. As part of the leadership team, this role is vital in helping to motivate and support team members in achieving studio goals while ensuring that operations run smoothly and guests are leaving feeling better than when they arrived.
We are looking for a positive, confident, results-oriented team member who loves to connect with people to join the Leadership Team as Full Time Studio Lead. This role has the potential growth track to Assistant Studio Manager within 6 months of successful record in the Studio Lead role.
The ideal candidate will be able primarily evening and weekend shifts, 34 - 40 hours per week. Evening shifts are scheduled 2:30pm - 8:30pm. Weekend shifts 730am - 1:30pm or 12:30pm - 5:30pm. Please note that both evenings and weekends are required for this position.

Maintain a pristine studio environment
Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
Administer studio tours for new guests
Answer all questions about services and the facility
Clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
