Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $27.00/hr
We are seeking a Machine Shop Quality Control Inspector.
Ability to use inspection gages such as micrometers, calipers.
Shift schedule: 1st Shift: M-F 7:00 to 4:30 PM 2nd Shift: 4 day work week- 10 hour/day (Monday - Thursday)
Clean, air-conditioned shop, machining mostly metal. Looking for a self-motivated individual able to multi-task on their own without supervision. Someone with either a quality inspection background, or with machining experience, wanting to move into an inspection position.
Requirements and Responsibilities
First/last piece inspection of CNC machined parts and assemblies
Dimensional and visual inspection of incoming components and materials
Inspection of Secondary operations, and Final Inspection prior to shipment.
Reading of blueprints and use of handheld inspection equipment required.
CMM experience a plus
Calibration of equipment to ISO:9001 Standards
