Location: Inglewood, CA. The position is based at the SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park development, a 300‑acre sports and entertainment destination featuring the 70,000‑seat SoFi Stadium, 6,000‑seat YouTube Theater, and an adjacent open‑air plaza.
Compensation Base pay range: $25.00/hr – $25.00/hr. In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, this figure is an estimate for the position only.
The actual salary will be determined by skills, experience and internal/external data.
Only exceptional candidates with significantly superior credentials may be considered near the higher end of the range.

Role Summary Under the supervision of the Building Security Manager, the Security Team Leader is a full‑time role providing front‑line supervision and direction to Security personnel. The Leader will deploy and oversee staff, enforce company safety and security policies, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Shift options include first (5:30 am – 2:00 pm), second (1:30 pm – 10:00 pm) and overnight (9:30 pm – 6:00 am).
Responsibilities
Provide overall supervision to security personnel; assist with hiring, training, coaching and counseling to promote safety and security practices.
Perform administrative functions: scheduling, time‑card management, preparing reports, addressing punctuality/attendance, issuing credentials, reviewing camera footage, etc.
Investigate and compile accurate incident reports for Security management.
Coach and counsel staff; recommend corrective actions when required.
Monitor and record activity on security cameras; ensure cameras function properly.
Patrol venue and campus to ensure a safe environment, observe, report and control activity, assist with ejection or control of unruly guests.
Assist in developing and implementing preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks.
Monitor entry and access points; screen employees, visitors, guests and vendors against credentials and documentation.
Escort venue visitors as necessary on event and non‑event days.
Respond to fire control panels, locate, acknowledge, close alarms, and execute fire safety evacuation protocols.
Respond to medical situations, request EMT/medical personnel, and assist with minor first aid.
Document activities and incidents on logs and forms accurately.
Provide high‑level customer service to employees, visitors, guests and vendors.
Perform other duties as necessary and relevant.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; preference for business‑related college coursework.
Minimum of three (3) years of security experience with progression to advanced role(s); leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and security‑type software.
Ability to remain composed while juggling multiple tasks in a high‑pressure environment.
Leadership skills: give clear direction, constructive feedback, demonstrate confidence.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Physical capability to stand and walk for long periods, work in weather elements, and perform required manual tasks.
Physical Requirements
Movement of objects, use of abdominal and lower back muscles, manual dexterity and stamina.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bear the weight of uniform equipment (3.6 lb utility belt) for extended periods.
Climbing, balancing, stooping, bending over, prolonged standing/sitting.
Reaching overhead or horizontally.
Proficiency in speaking English.
Essential Environmental Conditions
Indoor: air‑conditioned; Outdoor: exposure to inclement weather, heat, humidity, rain, sleet, wind.
Cold/heat exposure in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Wet/dry environments as necessary.
High noise level and vibration.
