Job Overview

Allies of Skin is seeking an Associate CRM & Loyalty Manager to help execute and optimize our customer experience across email, SMS, loyalty, and service touchpoints. In this role, you’ll support day‑to‑day CRM and loyalty operations—including briefing and building campaigns, managing segments, tracking performance, and implementing improvements defined with the Senior CRM Manager. You’ll use customer data, reporting, and feedback to help refine journeys, improve personalization, and strengthen retention. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and excited to bring customer‑first initiatives to life. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, creative, insights, and customer experience teams to bring a 360° customer‑first strategy to life.

You will do:

Email, SMS & Campaign Execution

Develop clear briefs for creative and brand teams to produce email/SMS assets that support upcoming CRM campaigns and automations.

Build and deploy automated, lifecycle, and campaign email/SMS flows in Klaviyo (or similar ESP).

Manage dynamic segmentation, personalization, and campaign QA.

Partner with creative and marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand strategy.

Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to support 360° go‑to‑market CRM strategies.

Analyze customer behavior, engagement performance, and CRM KPIs to identify actionable optimizations.

Lead A/B and multivariate testing strategies to drive continuous improvement.

Loyalty Program Development & Management

Assist in shaping the brand’s loyalty program strategy, including tier structure, rewards, communications, and roadmap planning.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to integrate loyalty solutions across digital channels.

Monitor loyalty program health, participation, and ROI; use insights to recommend enhancements.

Cross‑Functional

Work with the Senior Manager of CRM to build and refine customer segments to support personalized communications.

Ensure all CRM and loyalty initiatives align with business goals and support customer lifetime value.

Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing (beauty, wellness, or DTC preferred).

Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo or similar ESP (Iterable, Braze, Attentive, etc.).

Experience managing or supporting loyalty programs strongly preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into action.

Hands‑on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, and loyalty platforms (e.g., Yotpo).

Familiarity with customer journey mapping, segmentation strategy, and performance reporting.

Excellent project management and cross‑functional communication skills.

Passion for building meaningful, long‑term customer relationships.

Annual Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000
