Install, maintain, and repair piping systems for water, chilled water, condensers, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, medical gases, refrigeration, fuel & oil, and steam. Read and interpret plans, specifications, VDC/BIM models, spool sheets, and drawings to ensure code compliance. Perform testing, inspections, and documentation; implement lockout/tag‑out and THA procedures. Run multiple projects concurrently, coordinating crew tasks and workflow. Lead and supervise crews of 9‑14 members, training apprentices and providing technical guidance. Track and report daily labor and productivity; manage material, tool, and equipment requisitions. Coordinate jurisdictional inspections, monitor subcontractor quality, and resolve conflicts among trade partners. Maintain tools, equipment, and personal protective gear in serviceable condition. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing and pipefitting experience. 3 + years of leadership experience; at least 8 years total experience. OSHA 30 certification required. Strong technical, blueprint‑reading, and code‑compliance skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities. Valid journeyman license preferred (additional $1 k pay if licensed).
