Lot Technician & Maintenance - Parking Lots
Earn $18 per hour, Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm. Full‑time hours with great benefits. Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
Founded in 2000, Platinum Parking operates over 350 facilities across 12 cities and 7 states, delivering dedicated customer service.
We are looking for a full‑time Lot Technician/Maintenance Porter. Ideal candidates have parking equipment repair experience or strong technical skills.
Requirements
Technical ability
Knowledge with parking equipment preferred
Valid Texas driver’s license
Capable of working in a fast‑paced environment
Cordial and friendly with effective communication
Willing to undergo pre‑employment background and driver’s record checks
Willing to undergo random drug screenings
Self‑starter comfortable working alone
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Duties
Maintain & repair pay stations
Install and remove pay stations
Install and remove signage
Pothole repair
Landscaping
General maintenance
Report on lot status
Work 5 days a week Monday‑Friday (few weekends)
Climb ladders if needed
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Education
High school or equivalent
Language
English (required)
