Job Summary Platinum Parking is looking for a Full‑Time Lot technician/maintenance porter. The ideal candidate will have a parking equipment repair experience or strong technical skills.
Requirements
Technical ability
Knowledge with parking equipment preferred
Have a valid Texas Driver’s License
Capable of working in a fast pace environment
Must be courteous and friendly with the ability to communicate effectively
Be willing to undergo pre‑employment background and driver’s record checks
Be willing to undergo random drug screenings
Must be a self‑starter who is comfortable working alone
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Duties
Maintain & repair pay stations
Installation and removal of pay stations
Installation and removal of signage
Pothole repair
Landscaping
General maintenance
Reporting on lot status
Ability to work 5 days a week Monday‑Friday (some weekends but very few)
Able to climb ladders if needed
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Education
High school or equivalent
