Canvass Supervisor

Compensation:
Base pay $22.50 hourly + uncapped bonus opportunities. Average Canvass Supervisors earn an additional $1,500 - $3,000 monthly in bonus. Top performers exceed $4,000 monthly in bonus.
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Canvass Manager by motivating a team of canvassers and inspiring them to exceed goals and reach new heights.
Recruit top talent, conduct phone screenings and interviews.
Provide ongoing mentorship and actionable feedback.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with homeowners.
Communicate product benefits and features confidently.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals/quotas.
Walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods.
Operate a company‑provided van safely; valid driver’s license and clean record required.
