Sales Administration Inventory Coordinator Mustang Cat is hiring a Sales Administration Inventory Coordinator to support our Machinery Sales Administration and Service teams. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing inventory accuracy, coordinating shipping and receiving processes, and ensuring our machinery fleet is properly documented, invoiced, and ready for delivery.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate the shipping and receiving of units with proper documentation
Organize and maintain proof of deliveries—both physically and electronically
Ensure all shipped units are properly invoiced by the Machinery Sales Administration team
Maintain and organize inventory locations across assigned areas
Lead bi‑annual inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
Track and follow up on customer‑owed units
Conduct safety checks to ensure a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendors
Deliver professional, responsive service to internal and external customers
What You’ll Need
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems
Excellent organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment
Professional communication and customer service skills (in person and over the phone)
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of Caterpillar heavy equipment
Experience researching Cat engines using systems such as TMI, SIMSi, and DBS
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
