The Opportunity:

As a Program Manager for the Buying Programs Business Process Management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving scalable, strategic, and cross‑functional initiatives aimed at transforming how we sell and enhancing the customer experience.

You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams across Finance, Operations, IT, Platform Engineering, and BUs to drive execution on key initiatives. These include new product launches, platform enhancements, process optimization, and customer experience improvements, all aligned to support the company’s growth objectives.

Duties:

Work effectively with cross‑functional teams (Engr, Q2C, BU/Go‑to‑market) at all levels to drive UAT and Production Validation preparedness and execution for new platform capabilities and product launches.

Develop and manage detailed workback schedules to track key operational tasks throughout the project lifecycle.

Build a UAT tracker and testing sprint schedule to plan resourcing around concurrent UAT asks.

Provide timely status updates, proactively identify roadblocks, and guide teams toward resolution and next steps.

Define UAT scope and testing strategies in partnership with QA and Product Owners across projects of varying complexity.

Assess system and environmental readiness, including interdependencies with other initiatives.

Post‑launch, identify and resolve process and system gaps affecting quote‑to‑cash workflows.

Support change management by preparing stakeholders for upcoming changes and ensuring smooth adoption.

Skills:

6–8 years of experience

Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to clearly explain challenges and support decision making

Proven ability to solve problems and lead projects to completion in fast‑paced environments

High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality

Flexible and resilient in adapting to shifting priorities and evolving business needs

Education:

Bachelors in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or other related areas; and/or industry‑specific experience (6–8 years)
