Become a Key Player as a Program Manager, Business Process Management As a Program Manager on the Buying Programs Business Process Management team, you will drive scalable, cross-functional initiatives that improve how Adobe sells and elevate the customer experience. You’ll partner across Finance, Operations, IT, Platform Engineering, and business units to deliver new product launches, platform enhancements, and process optimization. This is a staffing/contract role with a 6-week probationary period. Work model: Hybrid, 3 days onsite in Lehi, UT.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
Drive UAT and Production Validation preparedness and execution for new platform capabilities and product launches across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Q2C, BU/Go-to-market).
Develop and manage detailed workback schedules to track key operational tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
Build a UAT tracker and testing sprint schedule to allocate resources across concurrent testing asks.
Provide timely status updates, proactively identify roadblocks, and guide teams toward resolution and next steps.
Define UAT scope and testing strategies in partnership with QA and Product Owners for projects of varying complexity.
Assess system and environmental readiness, including interdependencies with other initiatives.
Post-launch, identify and resolve process and system gaps impacting quote-to-cash workflows.
Support change management by preparing stakeholders for upcoming changes and ensuring smooth adoption.
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
6–8 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to clearly explain challenges and support decision making.
Proven ability to solve problems and lead projects to completion in fast-paced environments.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Flexible and resilient in adapting to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or related field; or equivalent industry experience.
Pay Range $35.49 - $44.37/hour
